Concrete Expert Witness Testimony

A Colleague sent me an email with the subject: "Have You Ever Had to Parse Words" when I opened the email there was a link to the attached video. The video is a reenactment of transcripts from a legal deposition; a lawyer becomes embroiled in an absurd argument about the definition of a photocopier. The content was taken verbatim from the deposition transcripts.

This video supports the importance of having a concrete expert witness with experience who knows how to confront the questioning from skilled attorneys. As you will see in this video the attorney becomes aggressive, hostile, and frustrated with the witness testimony and the way questions are answered.

A skilled concrete expert witness knows how to navigate through a deposition when the line of questioning becomes aggressive. A skilled concrete expert witness has the experience to communicate the truth without being intimidated by the attorney's line of questioning.

An experienced Concrete Expert Witness can become your greatest advocate if you become entangled in a construction dispute. Concrete Experts not only know how to lead a site investigation, they know how to prepare for the litigation process if the dispute moves in that direction.

Hope you take the time to watch this video. It is both entertaining and informative, in that it reinforces the importance of having a qualified Concrete Expert Witness on your team.
