This brining and processing warehouse slab is built on a slab on grade with tilt-up concrete walls and a low sloping metal roof. The Brining slab has a very low slope for draining. In general the warehouse slab is flat, however there are low areas where ponding take place and the vinegar solution settles without anywhere to drain.
